This Week’s Meeting

Hello scouts!
This is my first time doing this, so bear with me 😀
This meeting…
We will be continuing to set up for the Open House fun day on the 17th! Each pair will be making things for their “booth”, whether it’s a knot board, a slideshow, or just a plan on what to talk about. We will also be making the posters to hang up around our communities to advertize the open house. I agree that hanging them at schools is a great idea, but we will need at least one person from each school to ask the administrators to make sure we have their consent before doing so (I will assign people to do this at the meeting). Another thing we need to do is meal planning for our upcoming survivalist camping trip.
Make sure to bring…
Anything you think you might need to work on your “booth”
Poster supplies! If anyone has any large poster paper, that would be great, and I can definitely bring markers to color, as well as some normal sized colored paper if we need it.A good and productive attitude!

We’re going to be getting stuff done this meeting!
